In the process of having a closet clearout as I have way too many pieces of clothing but you know there are just some pieces you can't seem to get rid of no matter what. No matter how unstylish the piece is, weight gain or loss, whatever you can't let go of those favourites and here are just a few of mine.
1. This beautiful yellow gold silk dress came along at the height of the Versace's popularity in the late 90s. It's a beautiful animal print and was definitely a head turner. Thank goodness for Bloomingdale's!
2. I have never been much into the little skirt suits but I loved the classic Jackie O'ish look and feel of this one. The hot pink colour is bright and amazing, the style is very elegant and classy. It's held up very well. This piece is by Liz Claiborne and one day will make a great vintage piece.
3. This little black and white vintage check suit is a definite keeper! It's a wonderful vintage piece from the 50s and I have had it for 22 years. It's held up very well and still very stylish and chic. It's from a Don Loper Beverly Hills.
4. This smooth chocolate dress is from Marks&Spencer and it's a great piece that I wore to a wedding and had lots of compliments. It's very classic and a little flowy; has a great feel. The photo does not show it's true beauty as it needs to be on to see that to the max. It features a long deep V front and a flowy skirt with a very long tie sash at the waist.
5. The long black velvet blazer seems almost a must have in every woman's wardrobe. This one is so nice and in a rich black. I have only worn it a few times but it's one of my faves. It works well with a lot.
